Atlantis University’s postseason run at the NSAC Championship Final Four in Newport, Virginia, ended Saturday with a 66–46 semifinal loss to Millennia Atlantic University at the Apprentice Athletic Center. The Atlanteans are now 3–6 this season.
Atlantis University lost to Trinity College of Florida, 60-50, on January 30 in Miami, bringing their record to 3-6. Although Amaris Ramos had a strong game and the team made a late fourth-quarter push, the Atlanteans couldn't recover from early scoring droughts and missed free throws in the 10-point loss.
In a hard-fought December 6 contest at Atlantis, the Atlanteans displayed resilience despite a 72–50 final. The team's tenacity on the glass and individual effort stood out. Naire Lucas's 18 rebounds and the two players' 15-point showing exemplified the program's work ethic and competitive instincts.
