Atlantis University competed in an intense four-game series against John Melvin Christian College in Pensacola on March 6–7, showcasing offensive production and resilience throughout the weekend. Although the Atlanteans secured one victory in dramatic fashion, the visiting squad ultimately claimed the series, taking three of the four games.
The opening game turned into a high-scoring contest as Atlantis University fell 16–7 despite a standout performance from Astudillo, who drove in four runs on four hits. The Atlanteans collected 11 hits in the matchup and struck early in the bottom of the first inning. Astudillo doubled to bring in two runs before Lopez added an RBI single, giving Atlantis an early advantage.
